How to begin the coaching process:

 

If you are looking to take your running to the next step, then this is where we begin.

 

Step 1: Fill out and sign the training profile and waiver.

 

Step 2: Email ,submit, or mail profile, waiver, and payment to me at:

Step 3: Using your training profile and any needed follow-up, I will design a custom schedule based on your needs and goals. I will mail schedule and training packet to you. It  takes about a week upon receipt of information to complete and mail the schedule, so  please plan accordingly.

 

Step 4: Begin a new chapter in your running!

Hiring a coach is expensive, for sure, but tapping the brain of one can be almost as good! By taking your completed training questionnaire, I can develop a custom schedule for you!  A custom schedule is great for someone who would like some personal help, but doesn’t necessarily need someone to be there every step of the way. If you do have any questions, you still get some email access to help straighten out any curves that life throws at you!

 

A 12 week schedule is great for a veteran runner, or for someone looking to encompass a summer series of shorter races. Whatever your goal is, I can help!
