I have been a runner for 15 years now. For the last 4 years I have been a member of the Hanson’s-Brooks Distance Project and in June of 2006 I opened Hanson’s Coaching Services, LLC as a resource to help everyone reach their running goals.

· 12th place 2008 Healthy Kidney 10k (29:44)
