Most schedules are basic in the nature that you have either a beginner schedule or an advanced schedule. I wanted to create a event specific schedule that took the beginner and advanced notion out of the equation.
Instead, I created these schedules based on the number of weeks and the amount of weekly mileage a runner needs and can handle. This way, each individual gets a schedule that will provide the best opportunity for success.
